What to expect:

  • This is a daylight basement of a larger home occupied by an individual. Some walking noise from upstairs is to be expected from time to time.
  • Same individual (me) is an artist and have opperated portions of the home as a bed and breakfast at times. I'm friendly, try not to talk too much and do my best to be a decent neighbor.
  • Heat is electric. Bills are up to 200 in winter, but this your only utility. Summer weather is no problem. It stays cool up here without all the concrete around
  • Water, sewer, and garbage are included.

  • Gravel drive winding down around main house to separate entrance for privacy
